Our chef Roberto Buffoli began to love cooking as a child... carrying his grandmother's teachings in his heart. He developed his knowledge at numerous restaurants including: Hostaria al Portico, Gelso di San Martino 1 Michelin star, Castello di Iseo, 1 Michelin star Il Lago del Four Season in Geneva and reached maturity at  El Volt Restaurant in Ponte di Legno. During his career he has collaborated on various occasions with numerous Chefs such as Vittorio Fusari, Philippe Leveillè, Ilario Mosconi, Valeria Piccini, Simone Breda, Antonio Mellino and many others...

Why the name?

Listed among the most beautiful paths in Italy, the Via Valeriana winds along a highly suggestive route, passing through ancient villages and with magnificent views of Franciacorta, Lake Iseo and the natural beauties of Valle Camonica.

A Path that unites Our Life...

Our route starts from Franciacorta, our native land, where the Osteria Vecchio Larry is located at Pontoglio (BS), then passing through the shores of Lake Iseo we reach the Osteria, finally in Alta Valle Camonica at Ponte di Legno (BS) we reach the Cà Del Rè Restaurant.
